沈没船へ海底熟成ワイン造り〜東伊豆・菖蒲沢〜

とうとうこの日がやって参りました！そうワインを沈める日！

シーリングワックスで封をしたワインをいよいよ海へ運んで沈めます！

ワインを沈める場所は、伊豆半島の東側・菖蒲沢にある沈没船の中🚢元々海底ワインは沈船の中で発見されたようで、波などにも守られワインにとっては、光が届かず程よく揺られる最高の場所らしいです☺️🍷

そんでサイズもすっぽりジャストの特等席👌さすが関根さんですね😎🙌

船のサイドから見るともっと幻想的！もうなんかロマンさえ感じちゃうかも♡

The day has finally come—it’s time to sink the wine!

We sealed the bottles with classic red sealing wax and carefully sent them down into the ocean.

The resting spot? Inside a sunken ship off the east coast of the Izu Peninsula, in a spot called Shobuzawa. 🚢

Fun fact: the whole idea of “ocean-aged wine” actually started when bottles were discovered in old shipwrecks! Protected from light, gently rocked by the sea… it’s the perfect environment for wine to mature. 🍷✨
