今日は熱海の沈船に行ってきました🚢

たくさんの魚の群れに大興奮でした🤩

今日はエンリッチドエアを使ってダイビングしたおかげで、体も楽チン☺️

エンリッチドエア（ナイトロックス）は通常の空気よりを酸素濃度が高いものです！
体に窒素が溜まりにくいので、減圧症のリスクが低くなり、より安全に潜れます👍
そして！普段より疲れにくくなるのもメリットです✌️

Today, we went diving at the Atami shipwreck 🚢

We were so excited by the huge schools of fish 🤩

Thanks to using Enriched Air (Nitrox) for today’s dives, our bodies felt much more relaxed and comfortable ☺️

Enriched Air (Nitrox) has a higher oxygen content than regular air.

Because less nitrogen builds up in the body, it reduces the risk of decompression sickness and allows for safer diving 👍

Another great benefit is that it helps you feel less tired compared to regular air ✌️
