プールでスキンダイビング🤍

昨日はプールでスキンダイビングをしてきました！！

とっても綺麗な施設でゆったりと練習できました✨

プールだとハシゴやロープがあるのでゆっくりと耳抜きの確認や潜降の練習ができるのでおすすめです！

慣れてきたら8mまで潜ったり、水中でバク宙だってできちゃいます✌️

そしてスキンダイビングの後は、、、温泉にサウナ♨️で癒されました〜

水風呂もあって外気浴ものんび〜りできちゃいます☺️

I went skin diving in the pool yesterday!!
It was such a beautiful facility, and we were able to practice comfortably and at our own pace✨

When you practice in the pool, you can use the ladder or rope to slowly check your equalization and practice your descent, so it’s perfect for beginners!
Once you get used to it, you can even dive down to 8 meters or try doing underwater backflips✌️

And after skin diving… we relaxed in the hot spring and sauna ♨️
There was also a cold bath, and we enjoyed a long, slow outdoor cool-down time too☺️
