ライセンス講習開催中💡

昼になると暖かい日が増えてきました🌞陸が暖かいと水中が冷たくても快適です✋

今回は西伊豆・平沢でライセンス講習の初日を担当してきました🤿

まずは呼吸練習から🫧

自分の呼吸の音に集中していると、徐々に緊張もほぐれます😊

見てください！このキラキラ具合✨

リゾート気分で潜れる平沢のビーチは最高です🪸

時折現れる魚に夢中になっちゃいます😊

海藻も少しずつ成長中🌱

５月頃にはまた、海藻のジャングルが楽しめそうです🌳

ライセンス講習は順調！

どんどん上手くなるとダイビングが楽しくなってきます👍

Warmer days are starting to arrive around midday. When it’s warm on land, diving feels comfortable even if the water is still a bit chilly.

This time, I was in charge of the first day of a license course at Hirasawa in Nishi-Izu.

We started with breathing practice.
By focusing on the sound of your own breathing, the nervousness gradually begins to fade.

Just look at this sparkling water!
The beach at Hirasawa is amazing—you can dive there and feel like you’re at a tropical resort.
It’s easy to get fascinated by the fish that appear from time to time.

The seaweed is also slowly starting to grow.
By around May, we should be able to enjoy the underwater “seaweed jungle” again.

The license course is going smoothly!

As your skills improve, diving becomes even more fun.
